A brief description of the world by Imam Ali (AS)
Imam Ali (AS) said: The world deceives, causes loss and passes too quickly. That is why, Allah (SWT) did not consider the world appropriate reward for God’s friends and did not choose it for punishment of God’s enemies. Verily, the people of the world are like travellers who just started unpacking when the call comes for repacking and moving on [1].
