How did Imam Ali (AS) describe the personality of some people of Kufah at his time?
Imam Ali (AS) said: I invite you to help your brothers like a camel who groans and screams from pain, or like an animal who has wounds on its back, you do not move. Only a small group came towards me and they were also unable and anxious as if they are being pulled towards death and are looking at death with their own eyes [1].
